Our current sustainability report

As a company, sustainability is a very important issue for us – it is a cross-cutting theme that runs through all areas of our activities and collaborations. Although we are not obliged to produce a sustainability report, we do so anyway because it is important to us. Our sustainability reports provide our (future) employees, suppliers and partners with an insight into X-Net and showcase our work in sustainability.

Certification for workplace health promotion

We place great importance on promoting health in the workplace and actively practise it. We have therefore held the BGF seal of approval since 2024.
To qualify for the seal again, we are currently undergoing a recertification process with the support of Gernot Loitzl, a management consultant specialising in workplace health promotion who has been assigned to us by the Austrian Health Insurance Fund. During the planned workshops, we will evaluate our workplace health promotion measures from the past two years and analyse new areas of development, with the aim of defining a healthy and satisfying working environment.
